Q.    Are there any hidden costs or fees?

A.   NO!  Contrary to typical sales, you the seller will not have to pay the usual 1/2 attorney and 1/2 title fees that a seller usually is expected to pay.  And there are No Realtor fees.

Q.      I have already tried to sell my house, but it didn't sell.  Would you still be interested in it?

​

A.     We are absolutely interested in houses that for whatever reason haven't sold in the traditional way.  There are many reasons that houses don't sell, one being that it needs updates or even extensive repairs. And this costs money and requires a lot of time and probably some experience.  We have lots of experience in that and so we are interested in properties that others may not be.

Q.    What areas do you buy in?

A.     We buy in and around all of Jefferson County and Shelby County.  We will also look at properties in Blount & St Claire counties.

Q.     Do you charge to come out and see my house and make me an offer?

​

A.     No.
